Policies
- Deposits:
1 to 2 days rental: 1 night deposit
3 or more days rental: 1/3 deposit
Online bookings may have an alternate deposit policy, and can be reviewed prior to making an online reservation. - Deposit applies to your last night’s stay.
- Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks, or credit card. Checks or money orders will not be accepted on arrival.
- Deposits for individual phone reservations are refundable less a 25% surcharge if notified 2 weeks in advance of arrival.
- Deposits for group bookings are non-refundable.
- Deposits for online reservations are variable based on promotion applied, and can be reviewed prior to making an online reservation.
- No refund on unused days or no shows - no exceptions.
- No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
- Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the length of the stay. Exceptions granted on select weekends in May and June with prior management approval by phone or email.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- All rates subject to a combined rate of 14% for state & local taxes.
- Reservations held until 6 p.m. unless otherwise notified; Deposit forfeited if guest does not check-in.
- Rates subject to change without notice and may vary on occasion -- including but not limited to conventions, weekends, holidays, special events, group, and prom rentals
- All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
- This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
- One parking space per unit.
- As a matter of public health, children who are not fully potty trained must wear a "SWIM DIAPER" in pool.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Our Property is SMOKE FREE. NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES - STRICTLY ENFORCED!
